Traditional Irish Music features each year at the Hopkins Summer School. Traditional Irish Music Concert, in the past, have featured Frankie Gavin, Noel Hill, Tony McMahon as well as Traditional Irish Music Groups from Portlaoise, Maynooth and Kildare.

He is not affected by the trapping of the 'flash' approach to the music, which is all too common today.
